Alex is boarding his plane to France on a school trip, when he suddenly gets a premonition that the plane will explode. When Alex and a group of students are thrown off the plane, to their horror, the plane does in fact explode. Alex must now work out Death's plan, as each of the surviving students falls victim.
Fantastic film all around. Such a classic. Everything about it is stellar.
I feel like at one point we all had different faves and almost none of us had this as our fave but now I feel like it's most of our faves

They're both very tight & close. It honestly depends on my mood.
I amainly prefer FD because I generally really like every character (no duds like Nathan or Molly) and the deaths are all really well done.
True but I prefer 5's premo, pace is good as well, & the atmosphere is easy to get sucked into. Great kills as well altho some are a bit messy (Olivia)
I'm surprised Olivia is the one you think is messy tbh. I thought the biggest duds were Nathan and that worker guy (I forget his name). The premo is defo great but some of the cgi (the 3d bits only rlly) stood out as kinda iffy. Overall both are great films.
Won't lie, the audible POP you hear when Olivia's second eye pops out always killed me
