Pretty simple, list your favorite GoT characters. Feel free to do so in order if you have one as well
Robb, Sansa, Arya, Jon, Cersei, Jaime, Tyrion
So far based on S2: Tyrion, Arya, Robb (altho sidelined af), Littlefinger, Renly (...), Joffrey, Cersei, Brienne, The Hound, Ygriette (altho the last 3 are more HMs I'm just blanking on main faves here), Theon, Dany, Jaime, forgetting some probs.
Wow my list changed drastically already going into S3: Cersei, Tyrion, Littlefinger, Hound, Brienne, Jaime, Dany, Margaery, Cat, Sansa
HM: Ygritte, Olenna, Misalandre
Arya
Jaime
Sansa
Cersei
Brienne
Margaery
Olenna
Catelyn
Oberyn
Theon
Robb
The Hound
I'm gonna add Oberyn to my list, especially with those 10 mins of screentime
Dany is without a doubt #1, she's had the biggest development (from the young girl being abused and sold by her brother to being a Dragon Queen and conquering slave countries to GETTING THE IRON THRONE). Her storyline is perfect from start to end (even though I skipped to the end after S5) and Emilia among the best moments (Dacrys and the explosions, house of undying, the bells, the finale).

I guess if I had to throw together a bunch of other faves it'd be Margaery, Oberyn, Cersei, Jaime, Sansa, Robb, and fuck everybody else basically rip

Not sure I can agree with Dany getting best storylines or development, though I do understand why you love her (and S8 did make me a fan). Everything Dany did from S2-S6, minus like 2-3 eps worth of amassing her armies, was pretty much filler. And while it’s better in context of where she’s going, nothing that actually need happened to anyone across the Narrow Sea mattered. At all. It is some good build up and characterization, but people like Sansa or Cersei were able to undergo that as well without being almost totally divorced from the main storyline.

I also don’t agree she had the most development. That’d go to Jaime, Theon, or Sansa. That’s not so say she didn’t grow a lot, but I don’t think anyone on this show has transformed in the way those three have.

I mean that's why I listed them as well since their development is great too (although I do wanna see whaat happens post-Reek and how Theon gets there).
I love Dany's development but a lot of it is her downward spiral. I defo prefer Jaime/theon/sansa/even arya's arcs
